ST. PETERSBURG, October 14 The Pushkinsky District Court of St. Petersburg will consider 15 administrative cases against local resident Ilya Khrapko about discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, follows from the electronic file court cases. The joint press service of the city courts clarified that the cases were opened because of his messages on the social network VKontakte.
All meetings are scheduled for Friday, October 20th. The court will begin considering materials at 9.30, the last one is scheduled for 10.40. It is planned that the court will have 5 minutes to consider each material.
All protocols against Khrapko were drawn up under Article 20.3.3 Part 1 (Public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation ) Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. Punishment under this article involves a fine of 30 thousand to 50 thousand rubles. Potentially, the St. Petersburg resident could be fined 750 thousand rubles.
The joint press service of the city courts explained to the agency that each material was based on messages that Khrapko posted on his page on the VKontakte social network. Now his page on the social network has been deleted.
