MOSCOW, October 14 A presidential bill on the provision of income information by civil servants and citizens applying for inclusion in the federal government has been submitted to the State Duma. personnel reserve of the civil service, the project is available in the Duma database.
The draft federal law “On Amendments to the Federal Law “On the State Civil Service of the Russian Federation” and Article 8 of the Federal Law “On Anti-Corruption” was prepared in order to improve the legal basis for the formation of the federal personnel reserve in the state civil service of the Russian Federation, the explanatory note says. < br />
“Civil servants and citizens applying for inclusion in the federal personnel reserve of the civil service will be required to provide information on income,” notes the paragraph that is expected to be added to Article 20 of the civil service law,
According to the text of the bill, it is also proposed to submit data on family members of employees and those applying for inclusion in the reserve.
Regulations on the federal personnel reserve in the civil service, which defines the categories and groups of positions in the federal civil service, for the replacement of which the federal personnel reserve in the civil service is formed, the procedure for its formation and work with it, is approved by a presidential decree — this is how it is intended to set out part second article 64 of the civil service law.
