All our services work in contact, both the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the economic block of the government are working, our work does not stop,» — Putin said at a press conference.
Earlier, the Armenian parliament ratified the Rome Statute of the ICC. Only deputies of the ruling Civil Contract faction voted for him. Now the document will be sent to the President of the Republic for signature. The decision is expected to take effect in 60 days. The pre-trial chamber of the International Criminal Court, whose jurisdiction Moscow does not recognize, issued an arrest warrant in March for Russian President Vladimir Putin and children's ombudsman Maria Lvova-Belova. The Russian leader's press secretary, Dmitry Peskov, stated that Moscow considers the ICC decision on President Putin to be absolutely illegal and insignificant.
