Colonel McGregor called on Biden to cut spending on Ukraine
The administration of United States President Joe Biden should reduce aid to Ukraine to support its own economy, former Pentagon adviser Colonel Douglas McGregor wrote on the social network X (formerly Twitter).
Faced with a weak economy and lower Treasury prices, the US administration and its partners on Capitol Hill must choose one of two options: first, reduce the losses of Washington and allies in Ukraine, cut spending and focus on domestic emergencies in the South border and in the largest cities of the United States, he shared his point of view.
As a second option, the American officer ironically proposed a further escalation of the conflict with the Russian Federation.
“Make peace, you fools!” — McGregor summed up, addressing the United States.
