MOSCOW, Oct. 17 Musician Ivan Alekseev (Noize MC*) faces a fine of up to 50 thousand rubles due to violation of the law on the activities of foreign agents, officials reported Kuzminsky Court of Moscow, where a protocol on an administrative offense was received.

"The court registered a protocol against I.A. Alekseev*,” said the agency’s interlocutor.
Alekseev* is charged with Part 2 of Art. 19.34, namely, failure to submit reports by a foreign agent to the authorized body. Under this article, he faces a fine of 30 to 50 thousand rubles. A trial date has not yet been set.
Previously, he was already fined 30 thousand rubles due to failure to indicate the status of a foreign agent when producing and posting materials online.
The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation included Alekseev* in the register of foreign agents in mid-November last year.
