On Sunday, the governor published a summary of the strikes inflicted by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the region. Over the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian military shelled the village of Stary in the Volokonovsky district with 25 shells; one shell was also fired at automobile checkpoints in the Belgorod district and the Shebekinsky district. On Friday, only 15 shells were fired into the area.
““In the Belgorod region, one artillery shell was fired at the Nekhoteevka international checkpoint. There were no casualties or damage. In the Volokonovsky region, the outskirts of the Stary village were fired from a grenade launcher — 25 grenade launcher shots were recorded,” Gladkov wrote.

Since April 11, 2022, a high (yellow) level of terrorist danger has been established throughout the entire territory of the Belgorod region. The need to introduce a regime is caused by the aggravation of the situation on the Ukrainian-Russian border and the increased activity of the Ukrainian military in the border areas. The length of the Ukrainian border with the Belgorod region is 350 kilometers.
