KALININGRAD, October 23 A criminal case was opened against two residents of Kaliningrad who had sex at the memorial to soldiers who died during the storming of Koenigsberg, the SUSK for the region reported on Monday.
A man and a woman twice his age indulged in lovemaking at a mass grave. “On this fact, a criminal case has been initiated under Part 1 of Article 244 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Desecration of a burial place and grave structure,” the release says.
As clarified by the department’s press service, the suspected man is 26 years old, and his girlfriend is 50 .
«The residents of the house opposite saw this action and reported where they should go. The identities of the defendants were promptly established by police officers in the Central District of Kaliningrad,” the department noted.
