NALCHIK, October 23 A foreign car fell into a gorge on a mountain road in the Chereksky district of Kabardino-Balkaria, As a result, the driver of the car died, the RF Ministry of Emergency Situations for the region reported on the Telegram channel.
“»At 14.00 Moscow time on Monday, a message was received that in the Chereksky district on the Urvan-Ushtulu federal highway in the area of the Cherekskaya Gorge tunnel, a Hyundai Solaris car fell into a cliff,» the message says.
Rescuers and representatives of emergency services arrived at the scene and determined that as a result of the accident, the driver of the foreign car received injuries incompatible with life.
«Work is underway to evacuate the body of the deceased and the car from the gorge,» the department notes.
