Many people simply understand: in order for the holiday to go like clockwork, you need to prepare for it in advance. The market for suburban real estate for rent has already begun to swing. Demand appears, prices rise. To date, 30% of apartments and cottages listed on free classifieds sites have already been booked for the New Year holidays in the Moscow region.
