MOSCOW, Oct. 30 The court took into custody a native of Tajikistan, who shot an air pistol into the asphalt for no reason, the bullet of which hit a woman at a bus stop in the north of Moscow, reports the capital’s Telegram Headquarters of the RF IC.
The press service of the capital’s Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation reported earlier that on October 28, “on Sofia Kovalevskaya Street, at a public transport stop, a verbal conflict occurred between a woman and an unknown person, during which the man allegedly fired a pneumatic pistol towards the asphalt and hit the woman with a ricochet, after which he disappeared.”
“A young 23-year-old man, accused of hooliganism and using force against a police officer, was chosen as a preventive measure in the form of detention,” the message says.
