NOVO-OGAREVO, October 30 Special services, law enforcement agencies and heads of regions must act firmly, timely and clearly to protect the constitutional system, the rights and freedoms of Russian citizens, as well as interethnic and interreligious harmony, said Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“I want to draw the attention of the heads of all regions, heads of law enforcement bodies and special services on the need for firm, timely and clear actions to protect the constitutional system of Russia, the rights and freedoms of our citizens, interethnic and interreligious harmony,” Putin said during a meeting on the situation in Dagestan.
