Actress Marina Moskalenko died

MOSCOW, November 1. Russian theater and film actress Marina Moskalenko died at the age of 63, reported the press service of the State Academic Central Puppet Theater named after S.V. Obraztsova.

"On the night of October 31, at the age of 64, Marina Valeryevna Moskalenko passed away. The heart stopped,” the message says.

Marina Moskalenko was born in Moscow on October 9, 1960. In 1984, she graduated from the Higher Theater School. B.V. Shchukina. The artist performed on the stage of the Moscow Academic Theater of Satire, for more than 20 years she served in the Obraztsov Puppet Theater, where she created many vivid characters, including Aladdin’s mother in “Aladdin’s Magic Lamp”, the graceful predator Bagheera in “Mowgli”, Tanechka in “Our Chukokkala” ” and many other roles in dozens of performances.

As a film actress, Moskalenko made her debut in 1984 in the melodrama “Happy Zhenya!” The actress is best known for her roles in the films “Shura and Prosvirnyak” (1987), “Rypkina Love” (1993), “Love and Other Nonsense” (2010).
