SARATOV, November 4. Teenagers were injured during a quest in the city of Balakovo, Saratov region, investigators and the prosecutor's office began checks, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation and the regional prosecutor's office reported.
“On the instructions of the prosecutor of the Saratov region Sergei Filipenko, the supervisory department organized an inspection of the implementation of legislation in the provision of entertainment services in Balakovo. It was previously established that during the passage of the quest, participants, including minors, suffered bodily harm,” the prosecutor’s office said in a statement on the Telegram channel .
Based on the results of the inspection, if there are grounds, the department will take “prosecutorial response measures.”
The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reports on the Telegram channel that the investigative authorities are conducting a procedural check on this fact. “The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed the acting head of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Saratov Region, D.A. Kostin, to report on the progress of the inspection and the circumstances established,” the message notes.
A source in the law enforcement agencies clarified that among the quest participants there were a 16-year-old boy and two girls, none of them were hospitalized, but after participating in the quest they wrote a post on social networks, where they said that a stun gun was allegedly used on them and whips.
