The Sovetsky District Court of Orsk has registered the case materials against local resident Elena Gladysheva, Mediazona drew attention.
Gladysheva is accused of disseminating false information about the armed forces (Part 1 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code). What exactly became the reason for the criminal case is unknown.
In February, a report was drawn up against a resident of Orsk about “discrediting” the army (Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code), but a decision on the case was never made: Leninsky District the city court three times returned the materials to the police to eliminate violations.
According to the text of one of the court decisions, the reason for the protocol was a video recording in which “allegedly 200,000 citizens of the Russian Federation escaped after the announcement of partial mobilization, as well as allegedly improper providing mobilized citizens of the Russian Federation with equipment and weapons.” According to the resolution, Gladysheva posted the video on February 14.
