RYAZAN, November 5. The Sovetsky District Court of Ryazan took into custody Sergei Ananikyan, suspected of murdering the head of the bailiff department in Ryazan and the Ryazan region, Sergei Kaluzhsky, reports correspondent from the courtroom.
Kaluzhsky was shot dead on Wednesday evening in the Nedostoevo microdistrict of the city of Ryazan. SUSK in the region reported the initiation of a criminal case of murder. On Saturday, the Ministry of Internal Affairs informed about the detention of a suspect, a resident of Ryazan born in 1979. According to SUSC, the detainee explained that the crime was committed on the basis of personal hostility and was not related to the official activities of the deceased.

The meeting of the Sovetsky District Court was held behind closed doors due to the fact that the preliminary investigation has not been completed and it is prohibited to disclose information on the case.
«The court… decided to grant the investigator's request. Select… a preventive measure in the form of detention… until December 31 inclusive,» the judge said.
