MOSCOW, November 6. The Krasnoyarsk Territory is not yet planning new support measures for the Rosneft Vostok Oil project, all benefits have already been introduced, the project is progressing plan, said the regional governor Mikhail Kotyukov.
“Today our project is already structured… Therefore, all the necessary support measures, federal, regional, have already been integrated. So, the project is moving according to plan… Everything is going according to plan,” – he told reporters at the Rosneft site as part of the Russia exhibition at VDNKh.
“Not yet,” he answered the question whether new benefits are planned for the project.
Rosneft, within the framework of the Vostok Oil project, plans to form a new oil and gas province on the Taimyr Peninsula. It is expected to combine the already developed fields of the Vankor group and new fields in the north of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. To meet the needs of the project, a port is being built in Sever Bay, from which oil is planned to be exported along the Northern Sea Route. The resource base of the project is estimated at 6.5 billion tons of liquid hydrocarbons.
International exhibition-forum "Russia" at VDNKh opened on November 4. The exhibition will run until April 12, 2024. It involves 89 regions, 22 federal executive bodies (ministries, as well as the Federal Agency for State Reserves), 20 companies, corporations and public organizations, a total of 131 expositions.
