The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation reported , that in the 10 months of 2023, the Russian federal budget received 7.21 trillion rubles in oil and gas revenues.
Compared to the same period of the previous year, oil and gas revenues decreased by 26.3 percent, the report says.
The department named among the reasons for the decline a high comparison base from last year, as well as a decline in Urals oil price quotes at the beginning of 2023 and a reduction in natural gas export volumes.
