MOSCOW, November 7 Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said that domestic software has not yet covered all niches, there are still blank spots, in particular, there is a demand for design programs for microelectronics and photonics.
«For some types of solutions, there are still blank spots in our IT landscape. These are not yet closed niches, for example, there is a demand for design programs for microelectronics, photonics, and automated quality control. It is necessary to unite the efforts of industrialists and developers to create domestic systems to support the full life cycle of products, to increase cooperation within large projects,” he said at a strategic session on the transition of Russian industry to a domestic digital system.
According to him, the introduction of advanced products requires changes in technological and business processes, and at the national level it is necessary to agree on uniform rules and formats for data exchange — to approve new standards.
