NIZHNY NOVGOROD, November 9 A resident of the Kirov region, who opened fire at teenagers with an air rifle and wounded one of them, was sentenced to a year of suspended imprisonment for hooliganism, the regional report reports. It was established that the incident occurred on May 8, when a 51-year-old resident of the city of Murashi saw three previously unknown teenagers on the street.
““For no reason, trying to show his superiority over others, showing aggression towards minors, he pointed an air rifle in their direction «. Frightened by the aggressive actions of the armed man, they began to run away from him. The man began shouting threats at the minors and began firing shots. As a result, one of them was injured in the leg,» the regional SUSC said in a statement.
““The man was found guilty of committing a crime under Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism). The court sentenced him to 1 year of suspended imprisonment with a probationary period of 1 year,” the message emphasizes.
