MOSCOW, November 9 Moscow investigators began an investigation under the article on the provision of services that do not meet safety requirements after an incident in a kindergarten, from where police took several children, reported the press service of the capital’s central headquarters of the RF IC.
Earlier, the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Media reported that on October 28, the Moscow Rospotrebnadzor reported to the police about the organization of an “illegal” kindergarten in an apartment in a residential building on Volkova Street. Police found eight children in the apartment. It was reported that the adults did not have documents to organize a kindergarten. According to the department, six children were taken to the police for further transfer to their parents.
As the founder of the Smile Fish kindergarten chain, Ivan Sorokin, later said, he believes that all the necessary documents were provided, but despite this, the children, the youngest of whom is not even two years old, were put into police cars, taken to the department, where they were held until 17 o'clock. According to him, it is planned to appeal to the prosecutor's office and the Investigative Committee about abuse of power and illegal removal of children.

As reported in the Telegram channel of the RF IC, on October 28, law enforcement agencies received an appeal from a citizen regarding the organization of an illegal kindergarten in an apartment on Volkova Street in Moscow. “Police officers found eight young children in the apartment: they were with citizens who were not actually responsible for their lives and health. The organization of short-term childcare was carried out without appropriate documentation,” the report says.
