MOSCOW, November 10 A child found in a garbage receptacle in a high-rise building in the east of Moscow has signs of hypothermia and gross pathologies not identified, said the Commissioner for Children's Rights in Moscow, Olga Yaroslavskaya.
Earlier, the capital's children's ombudsman reported that in one of the residential buildings on Veshnyakovskaya Street a woman gave birth to a child, after which she placed him in a garbage receptacle and closed it. Yaroslavskaya noted that the child is alive and safe, he is receiving the necessary medical care.
«The child has signs of hypothermia and minor abrasions. No gross pathology was detected,» the Commissioner for Children's Rights in Moscow told the agency.
