MOSCOW, November 8.Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed Russian Minister of Culture Olga Lyubimova to work on issues with the project, in which cultural heritage sites with low investment attractiveness can be included in economic circulation, and see how it will be implemented in the regions of the country.
“We need to see how this will happen in the regions, because in Moscow it is clear that these investments pay off quickly enough, as in the regions — we need to look. As things progress, as this project progresses, I ask you to report in six months what is happening there, so that if anything, make some adjustments by the end of the year, so that the dynamics are noticeable and positive,” Putin said at a meeting with members of the Russian government on Wednesday.
The Russian Ministry of Culture, together with Dom.RF, is working on a project in which cultural heritage sites with low investment attractiveness can be included in economic circulation .
«Five regions have been identified for participation in the pilot project: Trans-Baikal Territory, Novgorod, Ryazan, Smolensk and Tver regions,» Lyubimova noted.
