In the city of Kamyshin, Volgograd Region, a conscript was detained, suspected of sexually assaulting a second-grader. This was reported by the telegram channel “Caution, News” with reference to an unnamed source.

As “Caution, News” writes, a hairdresser from Kamyshin named Nadezhda G., on the eve of November 13, wrote a statement to the police that that her eight-year-old daughter Irina was sexually assaulted.
According to the telegram channel, after an appeal from the girl’s mother, security forces detained 42-year-old mobilized private Igor P., who lives in the same house as Nadezhda’s family.
Presumably, the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case for sexual assault against a minor (Article 132 of the Criminal Code). However, the department did not officially report this.
In October, the Investigative Committee opened a case against 29-year-old Kamyshin resident Evgeny Osipov for the rape of two 16-year-old girls. Before this, Osipov returned from the war in Ukraine, where he ended up after being recruited into the Wagner PMC from a colony.
Kommersant reported on November 9 that the department of the Investigative Committee for the Perm Territory opened a criminal case of sexualized violence against a schoolgirl born in 2011 against local resident Igor Gladkov, who had previously been recruited by PMC Wagner.
