NOVO-OGAREVO, November 15. President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin presents state awards to representatives of election commissions in Novo-Ogarevo.
The event takes place on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Russian electoral system.
Chairman of the Central Election Commission of Russia Ella Pamfilova was awarded the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, II degree, for her great contribution to the development of the electoral system and many years of conscientious work.
The awards were also received by the deputy chairman of the PEC of polling station 948 in the village of Vladimirovka Volnovakhskogo district of the DPR Natalya Dzyuba, secretary of the precinct 948 of the village of Vladimirovka, Volnovakha district of the DPR Inna Okhremenko, member of the precinct 948 of the village of Vladimirovka, Volnovakha district of the DPR Vyacheslav Dzyuba and secretary of the precinct 252 of the DPR Tatyana Moskovchuk (Donetsk).
Electoral system of Russia September 24 2023 marks 30 years. In 1993, on this day, by decree of the President of the Russian Federation “On the formation of the Central Election Commission for elections to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation,” the Central Election Commission was created.
