MOSCOW, November 16. The Savelovsky Court of Moscow fined rapper Alisher Morgenstern* 40 thousand rubles for violating the law on the activities of foreign agents, the correspondent reports.

“Punishment in the form of a fine in the amount of 40 thousand rubles,” Judge Marina Arsenyeva announced the decision.
The rapper was found guilty under Part 2 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences, he did not do so on time sent declarations of income and expenses to the Ministry of Justice.
The maximum fine under this article is 50 thousand rubles.
The musician’s lawyer asked for a minimum sentence, calling the violation minor.
The lawyer explained that liability for lack of reporting was introduced only on December 29, 2022, and the performer is charged with the second half of 2022, that is, the liability was valid only a few days and the reporting form was approved in less than a week.
This summer, Morgenstern* was already fined 40 thousand rubles for posts on a social network without a tag.
After the start of the special operation, the rapper condemned it and flew abroad. Last spring he was included in the list of individual foreign agents. Israel and Ukraine were named as sources of funding for the contractor.
