KRASNOYARSK, November 19. The motor ship with passengers and cars on board was damaged and partially sank on a reservoir in the south of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, reports Zapadno -Siberian Transport Prosecutor's Office.
According to preliminary data, the incident occurred on Sunday. During the movement of the fleet involved in the ferry crossing along the route Daursk-Cheryomushki, Balakhtinsky district of the region, the coupling of the motor ship and the ferry broke.
“»The motor ship suffered damage to the hull, followed by partial flooding. There were six cars and 10 passengers on the ferry. The passengers and crew were not injured,» the report says.
The Krasnoyarsk Transport Prosecutor's Office is checking the implementation of legislation on traffic safety and operation of water transport.
