“As a result of a complex of dangerous weather events in the city of Berdsk and 16 districts of the region, the power supply to 137 settlements was disrupted, about 14 thousand residential buildings with a population of about 40 thousand people, 79 socially significant objects were cut off. Emergency restoration work continues.” , he said at an operational meeting in the regional government.
Lebedev also said that in six districts of the region, the wind damaged the roofs of 11 buildings, including seven socially significant facilities. Cases of falling trees have been recorded. In two areas, due to wet snow, bus service to ten settlements was temporarily suspended.
In turn, the head of the regional Ministry of Energy and Housing and Communal Services Denis Arkhipov said that as a result of strong gusts of wind on November 19, 193 emergency power outages were recorded. As of 09.30 Monday (05.30 Moscow time), there are still six outages, 383 subscribers.
According to the mayor of Novosibirsk Anatoly Loktya, as of 08.00 Monday (04.00 Moscow time) the city EDDS received 41 requests. They were mainly associated with fallen trees and branches.
