ST. PETERSBURG, November 20 For the first time, compressed coffee capsules began to be produced at an enterprise in Karelia, the press service of the head of the republic reported.
“The LLC Coffee Technologies company has opened a unique production in Petrozavodsk — it produces compressed coffee capsules for transport companies, hotels and catering establishments. Its uniqueness is that this is the first such production in Russia of professional coffee capsules,” the message says. .
The production of capsule coffee was launched with state support — with the involvement of funds from the Fund for the Promotion of Lending to Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises of the Republic of Karelia and the regional Industrial Development Fund.
The head of Karelia, Artur Parfenchikov, got acquainted with the production and plans for the development of the enterprise.

Currently, the company has one production line, with three planned in total. A conveyor for packaging finished products will also be launched. Currently, the company intends to attract another loan from the Industrial Development Fund of the Republic of Karelia to purchase additional, more powerful coffee equipment and roasting machines.

The equipment at the enterprise is also one of a kind — we developed it ourselves over the course of a year together with Chinese engineers.
