«At 3.30 Moscow time, an unknown flying object, which had explosives, flew outside the city in the direction of (the city) Kovel, I received information from the military… This is approximately within a kilometer and a half to the city,» Palonka said in a video published in Telegram channel of the Ukrainian publication «Strana.ua». According to him, the scale of destruction is currently being assessed.
