BARNAUL, November 29 The Altai Territory Prosecutor's Office has begun an investigation into the posting of a video of a girl being abused in a dormitory, Assistant Regional Prosecutor Maria Antoshkina told reporters.
«A video was posted on the Internet in which there are scenes of violence against a teenager. According to explanations, the conflict took place in the dormitory of an educational institution in the city of Aleysk. The prosecutor of the Altai Territory Anton German ordered an investigation. The territorial prosecutor was given the task in detail to understand what happened, establish in which institution the events took place, and give them a legal assessment,” the message says.
The footage provided by the prosecutor's office to journalists shows how teenage girls mentally mock their roommate, and then one of the participants in the conflict hits her on the head.
