Three protocols were drawn up against femme activist and writer Daria Serenko due to the absence of the “foreign agent” label in publications (Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code). Mediazona found this information in the database of the Leninsky District Court of Omsk.
The reason for drawing up the protocols was posts in the telegram. According to the first protocol, the court imposed a fine of 30 thousand rubles, Serenko’s representatives appealed it. The court has also already reviewed the second protocol, but the amount of the fine has not been specified. The meeting on the third protocol is scheduled for December 14.
The writer and coordinator of the “Feminist Anti-War Resistance” Daria Serenko was added to the register of “foreign agents” in January 2023. The Ministry of Justice justified this decision by the fact that Serenko collected money in support of “unfriendly” Ukraine, “promoted the public promotion of individuals participating in protest movements,” and also “promoted LGBT relations,” which contradicts state policy to preserve “traditional values.”
