MOSCOW, December 5 Air raid alert declared in Dnepropetrovsk and Kharkov regions regions of Ukraine, as well as in parts of the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions controlled by Kyiv, according to data from an online map of the Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Transformation.
According to the data, the alarm was first announced in the Kharkov region of Ukraine (at 10.08 Moscow time), and at 10.22 the alarm spread to the Dnepropetrovsk region. Later it was heard in other territories.
Earlier on Tuesday, the alarm was declared in several regions of Ukraine. The head of the Lviv regional military administration, Maxim Kozitsky, reported damage to infrastructure in the region. The head of the Kherson regional military administration, Alexander Prokudin, appointed by Kiev, reported on explosions in the city of Kherson, controlled by the Ukrainian authorities.
The Russian Armed Forces began striking the Ukrainian infrastructure on October 10, 2022 — two days after the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge, which, according to the Russian authorities, was behind the Ukrainian special services. Strikes are being carried out against energy, defense industry, military command and communications facilities throughout the country. Since then, air raid alerts have been announced every day in Ukrainian regions, sometimes throughout the country. At the same time, the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov stated that Russian troops in battles with the Armed Forces of Ukraine do not attack residential buildings and social infrastructure.
