MOSCOW, December 6 The head of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen became the most powerful woman in the world in 2023 according to Forbes magazine.
According to the list published on the magazine's website, ECB head Christine Lagarde ranks second in the ranking, US Vice President Kamala Harris is also among the three most influential women, followed by Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and American singer Taylor Swift.
US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen is in 27th place in the ranking, American actress and TV presenter Oprah Winfrey is in 31st place, and American singer Beyoncé is in 36th place. The list of 100 items is completed by the Barbie doll.
As Forbes notes, the influence rating is based on parameters such as wealth, media presence, impact on public opinion and spheres of influence.
