The Bank plans to expand the scale and availability of services for retail clients. To do this, over the next three years, he will increase the office network by 40%, enter new territories, and also expand the staff of couriers. This was stated by Deputy President and Chairman of the Board of the Bank Georgy Gorshkov at the 14th VTB Investment Forum “RUSSIA CALLING!”, held at the WTC on December 7-8. Russian entrepreneurs and guests from foreign countries gathered at the Forum.
According to Gorshkov, the task for the near future is to double the coverage of physical channels. As a result, the bank's network of offices should cover more than 100 million people.
The second area of increasing the bank's accessibility, according to the speaker, will be the development of courier delivery of products and services, which can fully replace customer communication in the office. In 2024, the bank plans not only to increase the number of field managers by 1.5 times, but also to expand the geography of their presence to 3.5 thousand settlements.
