MOSCOW, December 8 Many international observers are ready come to Russia and will come to the presidential elections in the Russian Federation, said the head of the Central Election Commission, Ella Pamfilova.
«Of course, we will invite international observers. We have very wide connections, … the world is big… Many are ready to come to us and will come» , she told reporters.
At the same time, she did not give a direct answer to the question whether there will be observers from the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) at the presidential elections in the Russian Federation. “We’ll see,” Pamfilova said.
Previously, the Federation Council appointed the presidential elections of the Russian Federation for March 17, 2024. The Russian presidential elections will last three days — from March 15 to 17, the corresponding resolution was adopted on Friday by members of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation.
