MOSCOW, December 11 The most experienced forensic investigators from Moscow will be sent to Bryansk to help in the investigation of the shooting at the gymnasium, according to the Telegram channel of the RF IC.
“»On behalf of the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia, the most experienced forensic investigators from the central office of the department and employees of the Forensic Expert Center of the Investigative Committee of Russia were sent to Bryansk to provide practical assistance in the investigation of the circumstances of the crime against children,” the message says.
Criminal cases have been opened for murder, attempted murder, incitement to suicide, negligent storage of firearms, provision of unsafe services and negligence. Their investigation has been placed under control in the central office of the Russian Investigative Committee.
The shooting occurred on Thursday in gymnasium No. 5 of Bryansk. According to preliminary data from the Investigative Committee, a 14-year-old girl brought a pump-action shotgun to the educational institution, from which she shot at her classmates, after which she committed suicide. As a result, two died (one of them was the shooter), five were taken to the hospital with injuries.
