DONETSK, December 10 At 11.30 Ukrainian troops fired two missiles from the MLRS at the Budennovsky district of Donetsk, the DPR representative office in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination reports in the Telegram channel issues related to war crimes of Ukraine (JCCC).
“Shelling was recorded from the Ukrainian Armed Forces (Ukrainian armed forces — ed.) in the direction: 11.30 — the city of Donetsk (Budennovsky district): 2 missiles were fired from the MLRS,» the representative office reports.
The type of missiles is not specified. The consequences are not reported at this time.
According to the representative office, at 0.25 the Ukrainian Armed Forces also fired NATO shells of 155 mm caliber at the Kuybyshevsky and Kievsky districts of Donetsk. In addition, from 8.40 for five minutes, Ukrainian troops shelled the Kuibyshev and Kirov districts of the city, firing a total of five shells of the same caliber, the representative office added.
155mm artillery is used by NATO countries. The United States has supplied Ukraine with long-range howitzers M777 of 155 mm caliber; Ukrainian troops are actively using them to shell the cities of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics. Also, the Ukrainian troops were supplied with German PzH 2000 self-propelled artillery mounts, Polish Krab self-propelled guns and French CAESAR self-propelled guns using shells of this caliber.
