VORONEZH, December 14 Belgorod authorities are waiting for the decision of the Russian Cabinet of Ministers on the creation of a special economic zone in Shebekino, which was heavily damaged by shelling from Ukraine, Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said in his Telegram channel.
President Vladimir Putin, summing up the results of the year, responding to a request from the director of a plant from the city of Shebekino in the Belgorod region to introduce a special economic zone there “for at least three to five years” and help restore production after attacks from the Ukrainian side, said that this idea must be supported, and I instructed the Cabinet of Ministers to make a proposal in the very near future.
