MOSCOW, December 13. The TNT Music television channel was fined for LGBT* propaganda among minors, information about this is posted on the website of the Tagansky Court of Moscow.
It also states that the meeting was completed and a decision was made. The defendant is Fonbet TV LLC, the founder of TNT Music.
The case was opened under Part 2 of Article 6.21.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Russia, which is responsible for the dissemination of information among minors that demonstrates non-traditional sexual relationships.
The maximum penalty under this article for legal entities is up to four million rubles or suspension of activities for up to 90 days.
What exactly was the reason for initiating the case is not specified.
