In Tver, a meeting with science journalist Asya Kazantseva was cancelled; this is the second cancellation in a week

The Tver bookstore “Abraknigabra” canceled a meeting with science journalist Asya Kazantseva, which was supposed to take place on December 16. Kazantseva wrote about this in her Telegram channel.

The bookstore itself reported that the event was “postponed indefinitely.” The reason for this decision is unknown.

Kazantseva promised to “definitely come up with something” and hold a meeting after the New Year.

“As a last resort, we will be going to preach about folic acid underground, the password is “folic”, the review is “methyl group donor,” but apparently after the New Year. Watch the advertising,” she wrote in her Telegram channel.

On December 11, the “Read-Gorod” store canceled the presentation of Asya Kazantseva’s book “Where Babies Come From.” The store explained that they “received feedback” about the upcoming event and “listened” to them. In a conversation with Sota, the journalist suggested that the cancellation of the event was related to her anti-war position and the denunciations of “Z-haters.”

A few days after this, State Duma deputy Andrei Lugovoy reposted a message on his Telegram channel with personal information about Asya Kazantseva and a call to “convey” to her that “betrayal of the country is a sin.”
