Resident of Krasnodar Irina Akopova, who complained to Russian President Vladimir Putin during his “direct line” about the rise in price of chicken eggs, said that immediately after the television broadcast prices went down.
We would like to remind you that the head of state apologized for the rise in prices for eggs and explained that they began to become more expensive because the income of the population increased, and production remained at the same level, while the issue of imports was not resolved in time. Putin also promised that the situation with egg prices would improve.
“People call and say that the prices for eggs in our market have been lowered,” Akopova said, adding that prices for chicken wings have also decreased.< /p>
