MOSCOW, December 14 Russian President Vladimir Putin , speaking about a special military operation, stated that “victory will be ours.”
““There is no need to talk about the character of those who live in the Donbass, including the Lugansk People’s Republic. They fought for so many years and did not give up and they win, and I am sure that victory will be ours,” Putin said, summing up the year.
He also thanked everyone who lives in Donbass and wished him every success.
