MOSCOW, December 14. Elena Senina, lawyer Lyubov Uspenskaya, told how the singer responded to the recent lawsuit against her from Philip Kirkorov for the protection of honor and dignity.
According to the lawyer, the chanson star learned that the People's Artist of Russia had filed a lawsuit against her this Wednesday. And, as Senina noted, she reacted calmly.
““Lyubov Uspenskaya perceived this information with her inherent sense of self-esteem and, frankly speaking, as of little significance to her,” commented Senina.
The lawyer also added that the artist has not yet received any court documents. Therefore, he continues to engage in creativity and prepare for his big anniversary concert.
“
"She currently has no plans or strategies on this issue. Besides, we haven't seen any documents yet. We learned from the media,” Elena Senina summed up.
Earlier it became known that Philip Kirkorov filed a defamation lawsuit against Lyubov Uspenskaya because of her negative statements about the musician.
As the artist’s lawyer Alexander Dobrovinsky noted, the king of pop was outraged by the words of his colleague, which were uttered in an interview with Alena Zhigalova. It is noted that in the conversation, Uspenskaya called Kirkorov a “misogynist,” which outraged the artist.
The performer of the hit “The Color of Mood is Blue” demands moral compensation in the amount of ten million rubles for this, as well as payment of expenses incurred, which amount to another two million.
