Ritter added that the Ukrainian president is simply playing a role, and the CIA, which wrote the “script” for his career, made many mistakes. For example, they advertised the counter-offensive of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in all media. But, according to the intelligence officer, this turned out to be an extremely unfortunate decision, since Russia, in fact, was told where and by what means the Ukrainian troops intended to advance.
