MOSCOW, December 19. The Basmanny Court of Moscow fined blogger Michael Naki* (recognized as a foreign agent) 30 thousand rubles due to the foreign agent’s failure to submit reports to the authorized body, the court reported.
“The court found Naki M.S.* guilty of an administrative offense under Part 2 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code. He was given a fine of 30 thousand rubles,” said the agency’s interlocutor.
In December, Naki* was already fined 30 thousand for the absence of a foreign agent sign in publications on the Internet.
In August, the Basmanny Court of Moscow sentenced Naki* in absentia to 11 years in prison for spreading fake news about the Russian army.
