MOSCOW, December 19. The court partially upheld the bakery's claim against Garik Kharlamov's sausage shop; the amount of damage to the comedian's company was about 800 thousand rubles, according to the court's website.
The court decision states that the plaintiff, the bakery LLC BREAD FOR JOY, supplied goods to the defendant, the Hot Dog Bulldog diner of Kharlamov, from September 2021 to June 2022. The comedian's company partially paid for the products, underpaying 310 thousand rubles.
The lawsuit was filed on August 16. But the decision in the case was dated December 12. In total, the contractors wanted to recover 1 million 207 thousand 782 rubles and 10 kopecks from Kharlamov’s company.
The court decided that 736 thousand 556 rubles and 58 kopecks was enough. This amount included the debt itself and the penalty.
In addition, “Hot Dog Bulldog” is obliged to pay a state fee of 27 thousand rubles, and an additional penalty in the amount of 0.1% of the debt amount for each day of delay from November 24 of this year until full payment.
The showman himself did not comment on the information about this trial.
