MOSCOW, December 22 Investigators in Moscow are looking into a story in which a man attacked a woman because of a reprimand for walking dogs without muzzles, senior assistant to the head of the capital's head office of the Russian Investigative Committee Yulia told reporters Ivanova.
According to the investigation, on December 21, a conflict occurred between the woman and a native of Azerbaijan: the woman reprimanded him for walking his Dobermans without muzzles.
«On this fact <…> a pre-investigation check is being carried out <…> Investigators are interviewing eyewitnesses of the incident, examining recordings from surveillance cameras. The issue of initiating a criminal case is being decided,» Ivanova said.
As a law enforcement source clarified, the man attacked the woman and threw her to the ground.
