The Ministry of Justice declared the publications “Vestka” and “We Can Explain” as “foreign agents”, as well as former Protodeacon Andrei Kuraev and the creator of the animated series “Masyanya” Oleg Kuvaev. This was reported on the department's website.
In addition, journalists Alexander Baunov and Alexander Ryklin, co-founder of Roskomsvoboda Sarkis Darbinyan and the host of the Dozhd TV channel Valeria Ratnikova were included in the register.
