In Khakassia, they continue to clarify the number of victims as a result of the collapse of a slide in the village of Ust-Abakan. According to information on the morning of December 24, it increased to nine people. This was reported by TASS with reference to the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee for the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Khakassia.
The department clarified that one adult sought medical help. Earlier it was said about eight children who were injured. Girls aged 10 and 11 broke their legs and were hospitalized. Six children received injuries and bruises, they were sent for outpatient treatment.
The emergency occurred at around 16.00 local time (12.00 Moscow time) on December 23. At that time, there were more than ten children on the hill in the central square of the village of Ust-Abakan. After the collapse of the upper, landing part of the structure, the minors fell from a three-meter height.
