MOSCOW, December 25 Russian President Vladimir Putin plans foreign visits next year, but not at the beginning of the year, now the main thing is the domestic agenda, said press secretary of the head of state Dmitry Peskov.
“Not at the very beginning of the year. Now, of course, the main thing is the domestic agenda, of course,” Peskov said in response to a question about the Russian leader’s planned foreign visits.
